Robert Rene Fiallo has over 35 years of experience as a leader in the banking industry. He has served as the chief executive officer of Bank Advisors, LLC, a Bethesda, Maryland-based bank consulting firm, since 2015. A few of his past leadership positions include chairman and chief executive officer at Fidelity and Trust Bank and executive vice president of F&M Bank in Winchester, Virginia. Moreover, Robert Rene Fiallo founded several banks and managed numerous mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his work as a bank leader, Robert Rene Fiallo has managed mixed-use real estate development projects, with a focus on low—to moderate-income households and real estate developments that involve participating in the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development voucher program. He has identified and provided housing options to veterans, seniors, and people with various disabilities.
A former collegiate football player, Robert Rene Fiallo majored in psychology at the University of Maryland in College Park. He has coached his children’s youth sports teams, including football, baseball, and basketball.
